  • A busy schedule can really take a toll on not only your body, but also your mind and your spirit.
  • It's in times like this that we seek those little escapes that can uplift our spirit and help to heal what the previous hectic and draining week may have broken.
  • In our busy and hectic life we forget about our self as well as self care to make our future better.
  • But to make our future better we forget about present as well as our health, If we are not healthy so our present or tomorrow it self not good.
  • To make our tomorrow better we have to start doing some little little things from now.
  • Don't do pro casting, It always mash up your tomorrow.
  • Let's talk about some tips to make our future or our tomorrow better.

PHYSICAL:
  • Go for a walk
  • Dance
  • Hike 
  • Swim
  • Get a hug
  • Play with your dog or your child
  • Clean & recognize your room
  • Take a bath
  • Drink some more water
  • Cup pf herbal tea
  • Digital detox
  • Put clean clothes on
  • Face mask
  • Eat fresh fruit and vegetables
  • Walk in nature
  • Buy yourself flowers
  • Go on a road trip
  • Have an intense work out session


MENTAL:
  • Read a book
  • Learn a new skill like photography or drawing
  • Do a D I Y project
  • Color
  • Turn your phone off
  • Take a day off from work
  • Sleep
  • Light a candle
  • Positive affirmation
  • Watch a film
  • Watch positive Ted Talks on You Tube
  • Forgive others and yourself
  • Leave toxic/negative relationship
  • Plan a spa day

EMOTIONAL:
  • Meditate
  • Practice yoga
  • Talk with a friend or a family member
  • Go on a date
  • Journal to release your thoughts
  • Create a vision board
  • Write down a list of things you're grateful for or compliments yo yourself
